Ideas on how to be more effective in your community with your elected officials

Set a Goal:

Ideas: Meet with your trustee and request your School Board pass a “Resolution” to stop mask and vaccine mandates (offer sample Resolution) or a “Resolution” to stop teachers from promoting Critical Race Theory (CRT) in tax-supported classrooms (offer sample resolution).

Homework:

1.   Study Trustee bios on District website. Know professions, political parties, when Trustees are up for re-election.  See PublicSq. | Connecting freedom loving Americans for information about your trustees.

2.  Understand Trustee “District” boundaries. (School boundaries are not the same).  Which Trustee works for you? Send them an email, call School Board secretary and leave a message with your request to meet with your trustee. (AKA your new BFF!)

3. Watch YouTube videos of past meetings.
